Where can I get a buffalo map?

Maps are available at the Custer Area Chamber of Commerce and also at the other businesses where the buffalo artwork is displayed. The majority of the locations are along Mt.  Rushmore Road and Highway 16/385. Some sites are inside businesses. Other locations include Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park Game Lodge, and The Roost Resort. Maps will be available during the unveiling event on May 27 & 28, 2011 or here after that time. Where can I get an auction booklet?

Current Custer Stampede Auction Booklets are $5. If you would like to have an Auction Booklet mailed to you, please send your mailing address and a check for $7 made payable to Custer Stampede:

I cannot attend the auction on September 24th, 2011.

Is there a way for me to place a bid?

 

We do not have the capability for Internet or phone-in bids.

How can I get involved as an artist or volunteer?

Please contact project director Patty Ressler at the phone or email link below. Artists are contacted in December to participate in the next year’s project. Current deadline for Applications is January 29, 2011, see home page for application forms.
